Description: On November 6, 2021, Plaintiff Pablo Alvarado, was on his way to the store when he was stopped by defendant police officers. The officers immediately approached plaintiff and grabbed him from behind and proceeded to place handcuffs around his back. The defendant officers did not read plaintiff his Miranda rights. The police officers informed Plaintiff that someone had identified the plaintiff as the person who committed a robbery. Despite the plaintiff denying any involvement in the robbery, defendants, including defendant officer Miguel Rodriguez, proceeded to arrest the plaintiff. All charges were dismissed on February 9, 2021.
