Complaint
Description: On January 12, 2019, Plaintiff was lawfully driving in Manhattan when he was pulled over without probable cause by individual NYPD defendants in an unmarked police car. The individual defendants approached the Plaintiff's car, reached into the vehicle, and began assaulting and battering him using excessive and unnecessary force, while other officers attempted to break in through one of the windows. The Plaintiff was pulled from the car, detained, and arrested by the individual defendants without probable cause and was again assaulted and battered using excessive force.
