Description: On May 29, 2015, police raided the Bronx home of Sebastian Arbelaez and his family. Sebastian’s apartment complex was home to a violent gang of drug dealers, meaning there was high police presence in the vicinity. In the month prior to the raid, Sebastian filmed police officers violently arresting a group of children outside of the complex, and subsequently filed a complaint with Internal Affairs.
