Description: On or about September 14, 1988 Plaintiff was falsely arrested in connection with a murder but the District Attorneys declined to prosecute. On June 5, 2007 Plaintiff was falsely arrested in California for the same alleged crime and a malicious prosecution was commenced against him through District Attorney Robert T. Johnson, Assistant District Attorney John Marabito, anf Assistant District Attorney Christine Scaccia. Dets. James McSloy, Kevin Tracy, and other detectives and officers gave false testimony to forward the malicious prosecution. On January 24, 2012 all criminal charges were dismissed.
