Description: On October 16, 2018, in the vicinity of East 198th Street and Grand Concourse, defendant officers Convery, Doe and Roe without a warrant, stopped, searched and arrested the plaintiff with excessive force. The defendant officers falsely accused the plaintiff of having committed a crime. The plaintiff was strip searched at custody and remained incarcerated for over 24 hours. All charges against the plaintiff was ultimately terminated favorably.
