Description: On August 16th, P.O. Young approached Plaintiff on the train as he was having a physical conflict with his son. P.O. Young hit Plaintiff with an object in the face under his eye and he fell on the floor. More officers came and started hitting Plaintiff as he was on the floor, including Officer 30373 and P.O. Hicks and three more officers. P.O.s put Plaintiff in the police vehicle, handcuffed him and continued to hit him. Plaintiff defended himself by biting an officer. Plaintiff had stitches to his lower left eye and received treatment and a CAT scan in the hospital.
