Description: On October 19, 2019, Plaintiff was lawfully present in the vicinity of his grandmother’s apartment building, when he was subjected to an unlawful stop and search by Defendant Officer Edwards and Officers John Does 1-10. Defendant Officers pushed Plaintiff against the wall and put a forearm into Plaintiff’s head, causing physical injury. Defendant Officers unlawfully handcuffed Plaintiff without probable cause. Plaintiff was then searched by Defendant Officers, and no contraband was found. Plaintiff was transported to and unlawfully imprisoned at the 79th Precinct.
