Description: On November 1, 2012, Plaintiffs, a husband and wife, were present in front of their home when approximately four to five police officers arrived. Upon information and belief, the officers arrived at the location in response to Plaintiff’s request, made during the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, that officers assist with traffic congestion caused by vehicles waiting to obtain fuel. An officer kept pushing the wife away from her home. Eventually the pushing caused her to fall, striking the outer wall of the building.
