Complaint
Description: On or about May 23, 2012, Plaintiff was arrested by Defendant NYPD officers including PO Greg Levine. In the course of the arrest, the police officers placed Plaintiff in imminent fear of a harmful or offensive physical contact by approaching Plaintiff with their loaded firearms, and used other objects to strike Plaintiff. Plaintiff was later brought to the precinct, and then Central Booking where he was charged and maliciously prosecuted for Criminal Possession of a Forged Instrument in the Second Degree, a crime that Plaintiff was innocent of. The prosecution continued until on or about August 28, 2012, when it ended with a dismissal.
