Complaint
Description: On August 3, 2017, between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 10:30 p.m., Plaintiff was in the vicinity of Gun Hill Road and Decatur Ave, County of Bronx, State of New York. He was in the back seat of a vehicle being driven by his friend. The defendant officers, including Officer Jonathon Mendes, Sergeant Evan Hodos, and Detective Christopher Skulsky illegally stopped the vehicle without legal justification. The officers approached the car with their guns drawn, before illegally searching and seizing Plaintiff, forcibly removing him from the back of the car.
