Description: On June 18, 2020, Plaintiff was asleep when her property manager forcefully entered the unit about a leak in the kitchen sink. Plaintiff explained the unit next door was having the leak and asked the property manager to leave and come back and make an appointment to inspect the sink. The property manager called the police and the six NYPD defendant officers arrived, including Defendant Officer Prisco, and insisted on entering the unit. Plaintiff did not consent to them entering. Description: On or about March 23, 2017, the plaintiff and her brother were lawfully present at their late-grandmother's home to receive documents. There, the plaintiff was physically attacked by other individuals at the address, leading to the plaintiff's brother alerting the NYPD.
