Description: Defendants stopped Plaintiff and his friend on the street, handcuffed Plaintiff and searched him. After their search uncovered nothing, Defendants falsely claimed that they found a gun and a bag of marijuana on the Plaintiff's body. Plaintiff was then placed under arrest and transported to the 101st Precinct. At the precinct, Defendants created false evidence to justify the stop, search, and arrest of the Plaintiff.
