Description: On June 16, 2022 plaintiffs were assaulted and detained by the defendants. The plaintiffs were in their car when the defendants Blease and Kite approached the vehicle with their guns drawn. Defendants pointed their guns at the plaintiffs and ordered them to leave the car. The defendants then used excessive force against the plaintiffs. As a result of the defendants’ unlawful conduct, Plaintiffs experienced deprivation of liberty, injury, pain, suffering, humiliation, extreme mental and emotional anguish, financial and other injury.
