Description: On June 7, 2019, Plaintiff, who was pregnant at the time, was waiting for the "Bronx 19" Bus near 174th Street and Southern Boulevard in the Bronx when she was unlawfully stopped, questioned, frisked, and arrested by Defendant officers without probable cause. Plaintiff was forcibly grabbed by the wrists, tackled, dragged, and slammed to the ground, causing her to bleed from her face. During the arrest, the Defendant officers pepper-sprayed Plaintiff and handcuffed her.
