Description: On April 15, 2023, Plaintiff was lawfully present at or about the roadway in front of the premises located at 973 Fulton Street, New York City. Plaintiff was approached and was assaulted and battered by Captain Michael Goodchild, Officer Waymon Woolford and other unidentified officers, without probable cause. Plaintiff was beaten and forcefully placed in handcuffs. Plaintiff was then taken to the 88th Precinct where he was held for a period of time and treated for his injuries. Plaintiff was then taken to Kings County Central Booking where he stayed overnight until being released the next afternoon.
