Description: On or about November 17, 2020, the plaintiff, had been negligently, carelessly and violently knocked to the ground by police officers Papa and Cebulski (together the "defendants") during the course of an arrest. Plaintiff, was lawfully standing on the sidewalk at the corner of 2nd Avenue and East 72nd Street in the County of New York at approximately 1:00PM when the defendants while arresting the plaintiff negligently and without warning violently struck the plaintiff causing her to fall to the ground resulting in serious injuries.
