Plaintiff turned off the road to dock the bike, when an unmarked vehicle suddenly cut him off, causing Plaintiff to fall off the bike and to the ground. Description: On March 6, 2018, at approximately 1:00 p.m., Walter Jones was lawfully inside a bodega located at 342 Ridgewood Avenue in Brooklyn when NYPD officers, including Detective Ryan O'Leary, Detective Patrick Marron, Sergeant Eric Samuels, and Sergeant James Weibert, unlawfully approached him. The officers grabbed Jones, slammed him to the ground, and repeatedly punched him in the face and head without any provocation or legal justification.
