Description: On June 15, 2007, several Defendant officers, including Special Agent Arnett, a member of the DEA, and Defendants Nappi, Romero, and Sabater, NYPD officers, allegedly witnessed a drug transaction involving Plaintiff's common-law wife. Plaintiff was a paid confidential source for the City of New York through the Office of the Special Narcotics Prosecutor and the DA, starting in 2001.
