Description: Plaintiff was walking down the street when he was grabbed and assaulted by defendant officers because he was allegedly a suspect in a cell phone robbery. Plaintiff was taken to the 103rd Precinct and charged with Grand Larceny in the Fourth Degree, Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Resisting Arrest. All charged were later dismissed.
