Description: In the night of October 12, 2022, plaintiff Farai Williams was sitting on his electict bicycle on a sidewalk outside of a deli on the corner of Flatbush and Clarendon in Brooklyn. He was approached by officer Hyppolite and another officer, that asked him for his identification, claiming he was riding his bicycle on the sidewalk. The plaintiff gave only his name, and officers found him in the system, where they saw he had two warrants in past. Thereafter, officer Hyppolite put the plaintiff overly tight handcuffs and put him in the vehicle taking him to the precinct.
