Complaint
Description: On September 7, 2021, Plaintiff was attacked at her home by Raymond Gordon (the father of Plaintiff’s minor child), who was wielding a knife and eventually choked and grabbed Plaintiff. The father left with Plaintiff’s car keys and purse. Plaintiff called 911 and Officers Villar and Issaka responded to the scene. The officers took photographs of the injuries inflicted upon Plaintiff before informing her she had to come with them to the precinct to file the incident report. While at the precinct, Plaintiff was approached by Defendant Officer Bergamini holding a piece of paper in his hand and informing Plaintiff that he had to arrest her because of an outstanding warrant for her arrest.
