Complaint
Description: On January 27, 2014, Plaintiff was exiting a corner store when he was tackled & slammed against a wall by Defendant officers, who searched his pockets and clothes. The search yielded nothing, and Defendants proceeded to arrest Plaintiff, cuffing him excessively tightly. After spending several hours imprisoned, Plaintiff was released when the DAO refused to prosecute.
