Description: On October 17, 2019 at approximately 10:00 p.m. in the vicinity of 2635 Third Avenue Plaintiffs Thompson, White, Perkins, and Myers were lawfully present when POs Christop Boyce, Carlos Gomez, John Doe, and John Roe, without legal justification, approached them, grabbed with excessive force, handcuffed, and arrested Plaintiffs as part of an improper stop-and-frisk scheme.
