Description: On September 26, 2020, Plaintiff Max Ryota Morohashi was having a dispute with his Uncle when police arrived at his apartment. Officers ordered Plaintiff to leave his bedroom, and Plaintiff complied. Upon exiting his room, Officers were pointing their weapons in his direction, and Plaintiff then retreated to his room and locked the door. Officers broke down the door, cuffed Plaintiff, and removed him from his bedroom by his hands and feet. At this time, Plaintiff was sweating profusely and visibly in shock. Upon Plaintiff's arrest, Defendant Officer Mosquera filed a criminal complaint that was later dismissed.
