Description: On November 6, 2022, Plaintiff was attacked in the front of his apartment building by his neighbors. This attack took place immediately after Plaintiff and his wife warned Defendants Police Officer Jose Rodriguez and Police Officer Neon Chowdhury that these neighbors were acting in a hostile and aggressive manner. Plaintiff was attacked directly in front of Defendants PO Rodriguez and PO Chowdhury. Even as Defendants intervened, the attackers refused to relent and Plaintiff continued to get punched and kneed. Defendants accused the group as a whole of fighting, even though Plaintiff was being jumped.
