Description: On September 24, 2023, Defendant Officer Derick Dilone and others (who may be PO Orlando Bryan) approached Plaintiff and his family in the Bronx. Defendant officers informed Plaintiff that they were there because of an unsubstantiated noise complaint. Defendant Officer Dilone demanded identification, and when Plaintiff refused, he and his mother were pepper sprayed. Plaintiff was also tased, violently taken to the ground, and kicked in the face while handcuffed. The officers fabricated false charges, claiming Plaintiff spit at Defendant Dilone's face causing him to experience annoyance, alarm and fear for his safety.
