Description: On or about August 10, 2021, the plaintiff was unlawfully stopped, searched and arrested by PO Moises Rodriguez and certain unidentified PO. Three days prior to the arrest, the plaintiff's mother had received a phone call from the defendant PO who requested the plaintiff to come to the 46th Precinct. On or about August 10, 2021, the plaintiff arrived at the 46th Precinct where he was arrested without being provided with any probable cause. The plaintiff was then handcuffed to the bench . The plaintiff was then taken to the Bronx Central Booking where the plaintiff's requests for water, food and medical assistance were ignored. The plaintiff was then released on August 11, 2021.
