Description: On December 16, 2022, Defendants Ricco and the other unnamed Police Defendants unlawfully arrested Plaintiff Gonzales while he was operating Plaintiff Gonzales's mobile convenience store. Plaintiff Perez was arrested near his home, and despite being 16 weeks pregnant Plaintiff Rosario was arrested while attempting to help her husband, Plaintiff Perez after he was arrested. Plaintiff Gonzales attempted to inform the Defendants of the pregnancy, but was then violently thrown into the air and tazed. All three Plaintiffs were subject to tight handcuffs during the arrest. Plaintiff Gonzales had to have the Tazer barbs surgically removed, and Plaintiff Rosario had to be transported to a hospital for medical treatment...
