Description: On June 4, 2019, in the vicinity of E 233rd St and Bussing Ave, Bronx, NY, plaintiff was driving and was stopped, confronted, searched and assaulted by Defendants for no legal justification. Defendants forcibly knocked Plaintiff to the ground, kneed his neck and back, tasered his face, particularly the top lip, tasered again in his rectum or penis and struck multiple times. Plaintiff was placed in handcuffs too tight. Defendants suppressed evidence and fabricated false accounts that Plaintiff committed criminal marijuana possession. Description: On July 16, 2017, Police Officer Rashawn Merrick and other police officers stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, arrested and detained the plaintiff in an aggressive and excessive manner without a warrant, probable cause, reasonable cause or any legal justification. Because of the defendants conduct, the plaintiff suffered great and permanent bodily injury in and about his head, neck, back, body and limbs and was rendered sick, sore, lame and disabled, and suffered conscious pain. The plaintiff was falsely and maliciously prosecuted with committing a crime, but the criminal action against him was terminated favorably.
