Description: On July 25, 2013 Plaintiff was hailing a cab in Manhattan when Defendant Officers approached. Defendant Officer Wadolowski had his gun drawn and pointed at Plaintiff, while Defendant Officers Murcott and Hofsiss followed behing. The Defendant Officers did not say anything, Plaintiff raised his hands, and the Defendant Officers then assaulted and tackled the Plaintiff breaking his arm while they placed him under arrest. The second Plaintiff, noticing the encounter asked the Defendants what was going on. In response the second Plaintiff was hit and kicked, spraining his shoulder and lower back in the process, and placed under arrest.
