Complaint
Description: On May 15, 2022, Plaintiff was walking on the sidewalk near the corner of a street in Elmhurst in Queens, when an unknown male approached Plaintiff, attempted to mug him, stabbed him in the chest twice, then fled. Plaintiff called 911 and, Defendants, including Melissa MAY and Michael KENNEDY arrived. Several cameras showed the accidents and the following assault by the NYPD officers. While, Plaintiff was showing his wound to some officers and medical care, M. Kennedy pulled Plaintiff down to the ground and punched him in the face causing him a nose fracture. He was handcuffed and then transported to the hospital.
