Plaintiff was held handcuffed for a bit until being released with no charges. 2nd incident: On July 5, 2012 at approximately 7:30 p.m., plaintiff, was a lawful pedestrian on Madison Street, near East Broadway, when Defendant officers approached hum, assaulted him, arrested him, took him to the 13th Precinct, and then released him later without being charged.

Description: On July 5, 2012, Plaintiff Jacob, under the age of 18, was at E. Broadway and Rutgers St, NY, NY. Defendants, in plain-clothing, used excessive force when they stopped, restrained, battered, assaulted, handcuffed, pinned to the ground and arrested plaintiff, on the claim plaintiff was a perpetrator/"cop killer" they were seeking. Plaintiff advised defendants he was not the individual they assumed him to be. Defendants sent plaintiff to central booking, and falsely charged him with disorderly conduct.
