Description: On June 27, 2014, at the southeast corner of Broadway and 65th Street, the Plaintiff was turning left safely by following all the traffic rules and changing lanes to the left-most lane. As it happened, Plaintiff drove in front of the first car in the left-most lane, which was an unmarked police car driven by PO Firpo. Plaintiff was pulled over by the police car and was issued a traffic ticket for "unsafe lane change," despite the fact that he was driving safely and remained calm throughout the process.
