Description: On April 23, 2014, the plaintiff picked up his child pursuant to a Family Court order. The child's mother called 911 and instructed defendant police officers to arrest the plaintiff. Plaintiff gave defendant officers the Family Court order showing that he was lawfully present to pick up his child from the mother. Defendant police officers ignored the order, tackled, kicked, and punched the plaintiff. The defendant police officers are Andrew Yurkiw (shield no. 13610), Joseph Solomito (shield no. 14389), Amber Lagrandier (shield no. 5373), and sergeant Shaun Brown (shield no. 875).
