Description: On July 30, 2014 Chaz Bobo (plaintiff) was arrested for assault, attempted murder and possession of a weapon that occurred in 2009, despite the plaintiff not being involved. The case was eventually dismissed following a motion from the prosecutor.
On May 30 2014 the plaintiff was stopped on the way home from a social gathering when a police car showed up and asked the plaintiff to approach. One officer came out of the car and grabbed the plaintiff by the throat then slammed him into a nearby gate. Other officers beat the plaintiff up and tasered him.
