Description: On or about August 20, 2013 inside a subway station POs John Does 1 & 2 wrongfully and excessively touched, grabbed and handcuffed Plaintiff without legal justification based on a racially-motivated "stop and frisk" program. Plaintiff was falsely accused of crimes, unlawfully arrested, and taken to the MTA Police Station, where he was maliciously prosecuted and held for approximately 24 hours until his release. Plaintiff suffered pain, shame, degradation, and deprivation of his constitutional rights as a result of this incident. Commissioner Raymond Kelly and Captain John R. Coates are also named in the complaint.
