Description: On May 27, 2021, Plaintiff was working at the Queens Boulevard Extended Care Facility as a nurse. At the time, an employee at the facility reported a missing shoulder bag. Then the Plaintiff was implicated by Chief operating Officer Jonathan Mawere, who reported that Plaintiff appeared in a surveillance video exiting the facility with said bag. The video showed a nearly indistinguishable individual bearing only scrubs. a surgical mask and head covering. Detective Thomas Hirdt arrested Plaintiff in her home in Brooklyn, on 417 East. Due to her charge of felony and petit Larceny, Plaintiff was fired from the nursing position at Queens Boulevard Extended Care, and Plaintiff's state license as a nursing aid was sus...
