Description: On June 1, 2023 Plaintiff Reyes visited the 75th Precinct to file a complaint while his friend Plaintiff Scalzo remained outside. Plaintiff Reyes was filming to document the process. After entering the lobby Plaintiff encountered a PO who repeatedly told Plaintiff he could not film in the precinct. The PO then spoke to POs Johnathan Ortega, Franklyn Guaman, Oscar Mancilla, or Nicholas Sommella, who shortly confronted and physically grabbed Plaintiff to push him out of the precinct.
