Description: On March 29, 2022, Tishan Purcell-Holmes was driving with his friend Noel Budran in the Bronx when he was approached by Officer Pierre Senat. After providing his license and registration, Purcell-Holmes was instructed to exit the vehicle and was frisked by officers without being given a reason or explanation. Despite no evidence of weapons or contraband, Officer Senat claimed that Purcell-Holmes had swerved and obstructed his view. His vehicle was then searched by several officers.
