Description: On September 3, 2012, at approximately 1:00 a.m., Plaintiff was in the backyard behind a building located on Church Avenue, between East 34th Street and New York Avenue in Kings County, New York. Plaintiff was in the backyard, along with several other people, when multiple police officers entered the backyard with guns drawn. The officers placed Plaintiff and several others against a wall, searched them, and handcuffed them. Plaintiff was not in possession of any contraband, but the officers put him in a police car and took him to a local area station house.
