Description: On March 6, 2015, plaintiff was unlawfully pulled over by defendant police officers. They unlawfully frisked and searched plaintiff. Despite not finding anything, plaintiff was falsely arrested and handcuffed before being brought to the precinct. Plaintiff was then wrongfully prosecuted based on false allegations advance by the defendant police officers. All charges were eventually dismissed.
