Description: On October 27, 2015, plaintiff Rashard Barnes approached a New York City Transit Station Ticket Agent at the Sutphin Blvd and Archer Ave. Transit Station in Queens County and asked for entrance to the platform, even though he had misplaced his fare. The transit agent allowed plaintiff onto the platform where he was approached by defendants Officer Sheng and Officer Singh who forcibly stopped him without showing any form of identification. The defendants questioned plaintiff about his destination. Plaintiff responded that he was on his way to the gym. Defendants grabbed plaintiff and pushed him into the Emergency Gate and then pulled plaintiff's left arm behind him and forced him onto one knee, causing plaintiff...
