Description: On September 1, 2022, Defendant Officers Cepeda, Arias, Doe, and Roe, absent an arrest warrant, probable cause, reasonable cause, or any legal justification, and based on fraud, perjury, and misrepresentations, approached Plaintiff and summarily stopped, searched, grabbed, assaulted, battered, and detained him in an aggressive and excessive manner. Plaintiff was taken by Defendant Officers to a Bronx police station and subjected to a strip search while in the custody of Defendants without any legal reason or justification.
