Description: On two occasions, Defendant Officers broke down the door to Plaintiff's apartment, searched, ransacked and damaged it. The Officers threatened Plaintiff with drug charges and although they found no contraband, took him to the 81st Precinct, and alleged that they found crack cocaine and marijuana in his possession. Description: Defendant officers knocked on door and demanded to enter and knocked down door. There were two female plaintiffs, one plaintiff with mental and physical disabilities.
