Description: On two occasions, Defendant Officers broke down the door to Plaintiff's apartment, searched, ransacked and damaged it. The Officers threatened Plaintiff with drug charges and although they found no contraband, took him to the 81st Precinct, and alleged that they found crack cocaine and marijuana in his possession. All charges were dismissed against Plaintiff.

Description: Defendant officers knocked on door and demanded to enter and knocked down door. There were two female plaintiffs, one plaintiff with mental and physical disabilities. Defendant officers pointed guns at plaintiffs, slammed plaintiff to the ground, handcuffed her and searched her purse. Defendant officers grabbed plaintiff with disabilities and handcuffed her and searched the rest of the apartment. Plaintiffs were taken to 79th precinct and were accused of marijuana possession. All charges were dismissed.
