Complaint
Description: On November 6, 2014, Plaintiff was sitting in his car in his driveway when a police officer, the defendant approached him. The plaintiff exited his car and was placed in handcuffs, searched, and had his legal knife taken by the defendant. He was charged with possession of a gravity night which was later dismissed. On July 22, 2015, police officers arrived at the plaintiff's residence in response to a 911 call of a mob. Police officers questioned the plaintiff's grandma but he ignored them. Officer McAvoy broke down a door to the plaintiff's residence in order to question him regarding a claim from neighbors that the plaintiff menaced them with a knife.
