Description: On or about December 3, 2015, at approximately 11am Plaintiff was at or near the premises located at 24 Maxie Court located in the County of Richmond, City of New York, when he became the victim of police retaliation and/or police misconduct. Plaintiff was the lawful owner and landlord of 24 Maxie Court since the year 2007. At the aforementioned time and place, Mr. Perkins was threatened, chased and charged by the tenant who had been living in the downstairs apartment. Plaintiff became a victim of violence when tenant and tenant’s boyfriend attacked him.
