Description: On February 2, 2012, NYPD officers including Officers Haste and Morris forcibly attempted to enter Plaintiffs' apartment without a warrant or reasonable suspicion and without identifying themselves as police officers. Officer Haste shot and killed Plaintiff Ramarley Graham, who was unarmed.
