Description: On April 25, 2017, Plaintiff Karim Jones was lawfully within the New York State Parole Office at 79 Alexander Avenue in the Bronx, reporting to his parole officer. At this time and place, Defendant Police Officers Det. Jonathan Virtuoso and John Does 1-2 entered the premises, handcuffed, and arrested Plaintiff without a warrant and without probable cause.
