Description: On June 26, 2015, plaintiff was mistakenly arrested by defendants. While plaintiff was being arrested, he explained to defendants that they were arresting the wrong person. In response, defendants punched plaintiff several times in the face. Plaintiff was then thrown to the ground and handcuffed. Plaintiff was then transported to the hospital to treat his broken jaw. Due to his arrest, plaintiff spent 8 months in custody, as a result of which he did not receive adequate care for his broken jaw.
