Description: On or about January 28, 2018, defendant POs arrested plaintiff without a warrant or any probable cause. Defendant POs then falsely accused of various violations of which he was innocent. The District Attorney's Office then continued to prosecute the alleged crime based merely on a grainy black and white phograph of a person who a reasonable person could not identify as plaintiff.

Description: On September 6, 2013, Plaintiff was in the vicinity of Boston Road and 169th Street, in Bronx, NY at approximately 10:30 pm. Plaintiff saw an Margarte Rivera, an acquaintance standing at a payphone the sidewalk, and Rivera wasn't feeling well. Plaintiff tried to convince Rivera to come home and sober up, but Rivera got mad and started hitting plaintiff with the payphone on his hands and chin, injuring Plaintiff. Defendants, the NYPD drove by and Plaintiff waived down the NYPD for help. the NYPD stopped in front of them and an NYPD officer exited his car and saw Plaintiff's injuries.
